PHILIP GELDENHUYS
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Philip is the co-founder and CEO of Triga Ventures. He also co-founded Community Keepers and Calling Education and served as the former’s CEO for ten years. Philip holds a PhD in Social Development from the University of Cape Town and was also a Visiting Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley in the USA. Philip and his wife, Reé, live in Paarl, South Africa, and have three children.

ACCELERATOR & NEXTGEN LEAD
Floyed completed his studies at the University of Witwatersrand with a BA degree in Industrial Psychology and Philosophy, followed by a post graduate diploma through Wits Business School. He is passionate about the leadership development of young people, especially the marginalised. He has a strong heart for social justice and has been involved with organisations like Campus Outreach and the Targeting Talent Programme, which aim to promote values that help build up a picture of a redeemed community. He loves people and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
MONIQUE BURN
COMMUNICATIONS & EVENTS COORDINATOR
Monique is the Communications & Events Coordinator of Triga Ventures. She has worked in the hospitality, marketing and media industries for the past 13 years, both locally and abroad. She is passionate about God, equality and problem solving. Throw in a bit of strategic planning and she is in her happy place!
Monique is a mom to two little roughian boys, who she is thrilled to do life with.
BOITUMELO GUMEDE
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Boitumelo is the Project Coordinator at Triga Ventures. She worked in credit and risk management at Absa and, most recently, at Capitec Bank. Boitumelo founded Ziah Kids Clothing, with which she was also part of our most recent NextGen Founders programme. She is married to Lindani and mother to her beautiful son, Azizi.
