Danelle Esterhuizen

CEO

Danelle is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, innovation, strategy, and ministry. She has founded and led a strategy consultancy, advising leading businesses on growth and technology adoption, and previously served as Head of Innovation and Design at Sanlam, where she championed cultural transformation and human-centred approaches. Alongside her corporate achievements, Danelle has served as Ministry Director at Shofar Christian Church and is the creator of the Meaningful Marriages course. She is recognised for her ability to unite teams, turn strategy into action, and foster thriving communities. Danelle is also a devoted wife and mother of three boys.

HEAD PARTNERSHIPS

Floyed completed his studies at the University of Witwatersrand with a BA degree in Industrial Psychology and Philosophy, followed by a postgraduate diploma through Wits Business School. He is passionate about leadership development, entrepreneurship, and disciple-making. In his short life, he has worked in both corporate and full-time ministry. He has been with Triga Ventures for 5 years and is currently one of two Co-Leaders. He loves people and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.

KARIN MULLER

HEAD OPERATIONS

Karin is passionate about Africa and wants to see vulnerable communities transformed and restored. She holds a degree in B.Com Marketing, BA Psychology (Hons), and M.Th Clinical Pastoral Care. Karin was part of the Life Child International Trust team for 11 years, where she served on the executive team that provided leadership in caring for orphan and vulnerable children in sub-Saharan Africa. Karin is a mom to a beautiful toddler boy. They love the outdoors, sports, and spending time with their loved ones.

BOITUMELO GUMEDE

EVENTS COORDINATOR

Boitumelo is the Project Coordinator at Triga Ventures. She worked in credit and risk management at Absa and, most recently, at Capitec Bank. Boitumelo founded Ziah Kids Clothing, with which she was also part of our most recent NextGen Founders programme. She is married to Lindani and mother to the beautiful Azizi and Ahadi.
