CO-LEADER
Floyed completed his studies at the University of Witwatersrand with a BA degree in Industrial Psychology and Philosophy, followed by a post graduate diploma through Wits Business School. He is passionate about the leadership development of young people, especially the marginalised. He has a strong heart for social justice and has been involved with organisations like Campus Outreach and the Targeting Talent Programme, which aim to promote values that help build up a picture of a redeemed community. He loves people and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
KARIN MULLER
CO-LEADER
Karin is passionate about Africa and wants to see vulnerable communities transformed and restored. She holds a degree in B.Com Marketing, BA Psychology (Hons), and M.Th Clinical Pastoral Care. Karin was part of the Life Child International Trust team for 11 years, where she served on the executive team that provided leadership in caring for orphan and vulnerable children in sub-Saharan Africa. Karin is a mom to a beautiful toddler boy. They love the outdoors, sports, and spending time with their loved ones.
MONIQUE BURN
COMMUNICATIONS & EVENTS COORDINATOR
Monique is the Communications & Events Coordinator of Triga Ventures. Before joining the team, she worked in the hospitality, marketing and media industries for 13 years, both locally and abroad. She is passionate about God, equality and problem solving. Throw in a bit of strategic planning and she is in her happy place! Monique is a mom to two little roughian boys, who she is thrilled to do life with.
BOITUMELO GUMEDE
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Boitumelo is the Project Coordinator at Triga Ventures. She worked in credit and risk management at Absa and, most recently, at Capitec Bank. Boitumelo founded Ziah Kids Clothing, with which she was also part of our most recent NextGen Founders programme. She is married to Lindani and mother to her beautiful son, Azizi.
