After completing an Honours degree in Risk Management at North-West University (NWU), Ross embarked on a career that saw him working for RMB Holdings, Momentum Investment, and eventually joining Deloitte Consulting. Throughout his professional journey, he gained extensive experience in insurance, asset management, technology, and strategy & innovation. In 2017, Ross established Preferental, a cutting-edge PropTech platform tailored to cater to the needs of residential landlords while reducing their financial exposure.
