Wynand Smit, the current CEO of INOVO, has worked in the South African contact centre industry for over 10 years. Along with his wife Liesl and his two kids, he spends many holidays connecting with nature at game parks or camping at scenic locations around the country. From creating his own self-sustaining fruit and vegetable garden to incubating new business opportunities, he is never short of starting new projects, and devising creative ways to bring his ideas to life.

Pieter currently fulfils the role of COO at Internet SA. Here he is passionate about providing the expertise and technology people need to connect and access economic opportunities in rural areas. He started his career in industrial engineering in the Western Cape and later moved to the Eastern Free State. Pieter is married to Lisa and they have two children. They co-founded the Kgotso Foundation, with other partners.
