Amanda Pungula is the founder and visionary behind Wonga Health Centre, a holistic health centre that serves the underserved and underprivileged. She holds a postgraduate degree in clinical psychology and an undergraduate degree in theology. She seeks to employ an integrative approach to healthcare by receiving each individual as an image bearer with an eternal soul. Amanda enjoys being social, has a sweet tooth for all things vanilla, hikes often (endures the way up and relishes the way down) and always picks up a new hobby because she delights in learning and challenging herself.

Cindy is an award-winning Attorney and Trustee/ Board member with a demonstrated history of working in the Governance and legal services industry and Non-profit space. Cindy is skilled in Negotiation, Board Governance, Labor Relations, Corporate law, across-border legal specialist, Management, Training, youth and women empowerment, and Arbitration. She is a senior professional with local and international experience, having worked for two multinational companies as a senior manager. With a passion evidenced passion for people development both in and outside the workplace, this has been recognised by her being awarded numerous awards.

Henko van Wyk founded Van Wyk Vending, which reflects his passion for simple, scalable businesses and entrepreneurship. With an accounting background, he is on the verge of qualifying as a CA. Outside of his professional pursuits, Henko enjoys the outdoors and values quality time with his wife, friends, and loved ones.

Karen is the founder and executive director of GovGrowth (Pty) Ltd, which provides Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Services, a company that strives to go beyond being the conventional “service provider”. As the founding director, Karen has a passion for personal and professional growth and development. This same passion and duty of care is extended to GovGrowth’s clients. Karen’s experience extends across a multitude of industries but when she is not a business owner, she is a wife and a mom. Khensani Khoza is a dynamic entrepreneur and University of Cape Town graduate who founded Build A Bite, a pioneering street food enterprise at UCT. Kwaku Bediako is the co-founder of the Livestock Exchange. With a background in computer engineering and product development and a passion for finance and agriculture, he’s looking to begin the digital transformation of the South African agriculture space. When not behind his laptop, Kwaku can be found immersing himself in South Africa’s culture, from open mic performances to markets and festivals. Kwaku aims to strike a healthy balance between living in the moment and preparing for the future.

Lee Ntlokwana is a dynamic and passionate financial wellness educator and economic inclusion practitioner. Driven to empower people economically, Lee pursued an Honors Degree in Financial Accounting. This educational foundation propelled her into a diverse career with professional experiences giving her a front-row view of the systematic issues resulting from South Africa’s historical financial traumas and the urgent need for a new form of emancipation. She founded Twelve Two as a vehicle to approach financial literacy from a trauma-sensitive lens coupled with inner healing work to unlearn unhelpful behaviours like financial co-dependency, overspending and under-earning.

As the founder of Yellow Road Mediation, Sigi Prinsloo facilitates the resolution of conflict situations, reaching the most optimal outcome for all involved. Admitted as an attorney in 2008, she has since pursued mediation training and accreditation with international and local industry bodies, including the International Mediation Institute, The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (UK), and Conflict Dynamics in South Africa. Her corporate experience spans law, business, strategy development, finance, and B-BBEE transformation. Sigi serves as a guest lecturer on mediation for FH Burgenland University in Austria and volunteers as a mediator at the Wynberg Magistrates’ Court.

Siyabonga Nzama is the husband of Nonkululeko Nzama and a co-founder of SM Grouped. He is an athlete who no longer performs professionally; however, he is still very passionate about health and strongly believes in the originality of things. Siyabonga loves nature; he believes in holistic health and wellness and is always curious about God’s way of health. The couple was perfectly paired from the beginning of creation, and Mr Nzama always says his wife is always a solution to a lot of things in their journey of life. They specifically deal with health in their business; they strongly believe that God created herbs for healing for a reason.

TJ KITS

TOLOLO PIGGERY | KLERKSDORP, South Africa

From a young age, TJ had a profound love for people, a passion for anything military, and a deep faith in God. He grew up working in the family business, performing various tasks such as loading trucks, washing offal, serving customers, and helping to run the boerewors stand.
After completing school, TJ joined the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) and became an infantry soldier to join the RECCE (reconnaissance) unit. Despite successfully passing the selection process for special forces, he prioritised his family over his military career. He left the military to return to the family business, where he had the invaluable opportunity to be mentored by his father and work alongside his younger brother. Later, TJ also became a deacon in his church, reflecting his continued commitment to faith and community.
